Program Manager, Internal Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional Internal Systems projects, which include tool rollouts, system migrations, and process redesigns.

• Convert high-level integration objectives into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows.

• Recognize manual internal processes and replace them with automation, workflows, and AI agents.

• Conduct regular reviews, create dashboards, and manage status communications regarding the health of Internal Systems.

• Assist with SOC controls, evidence gathering, and the audit schedule in collaboration with Security and Finance.

• Develop standards, playbooks, and documentation for the Internal Systems function.

• Collaborate with business leaders to synchronize priorities, eliminate obstacles, and drive execution.

• Keep project documentation and dashboards updated, while communicating progress and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in program management or a related field within a rapidly growing technology company.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs from inception to completion.

• Familiarity with coordinating integrations across a modern software ecosystem.

• Experience in managing vendors, contracts, and renewal processes.

• Proficient in using scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to reduce manual tasks.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex information and convey it with clarity and precision.

• Meticulous attention to detail and high expectations for execution, follow-through, and quality of work.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
