This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Lead and oversee the execution of a new global OT domain to facilitate IT/OT separation needs.
• Manage the transition of OT applications into the newly established OT environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts (SMEs), Infrastructure teams, Security teams, 3rd Line Support, and external suppliers.
• Function effectively within a matrix project management framework, balancing competing priorities and diverse delivery timelines.
• Provide consistent status updates, risk evaluations, and progress reports to the central program office and Global Program Lead.
• Promote enhancements in OT security, authentication, and authorization controls across operational settings.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at bolstering resilience and stability by diminishing reliance on legacy and End-of-Life (EOL) systems.
• Facilitate centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including integration with enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions such as MyAccess IAM.
• Ensure proper governance, budget oversight, resource planning, and program reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the program.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or OT transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and their related security challenges.
• Experience in managing IT/OT separation projects, infrastructure migrations, or domain transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate projects within a global matrix organization.
• Experience in coordinating technical teams, SMEs, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security governance frameworks.
• Understanding of OT security principles, network segmentation, resilience planning, and legacy system remediation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Strong experience in budget management, governance, and program control.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
