This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of a new global OT domain to fulfill IT/OT separation requirements.
• Manage the transition of OT applications into the new OT environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts (SMEs), Infrastructure teams, Security teams, 3rd Line Support, and external suppliers.
• Function effectively within a matrix project management setup, handling competing priorities and varying timelines for delivery.
• Provide regular updates on status, risk assessments, and progress reports to the central program office and Global Program Lead.
• Promote enhancements in OT security, authentication, and authorization controls across operational settings.
• Assist initiatives aimed at boosting resilience and stability by minimizing reliance on legacy and End-of-Life (EOL) systems.
• Enable centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, integrating with enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions such as MyAccess IAM.
• Ensure effective governance, budget oversight, resource planning, and program reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the program.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or OT transformation programs.
• Strong comprehension of Operational Technology (OT) environments and the security challenges they present.
• Experience in managing IT/OT separation initiatives, infrastructure migrations, or domain transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage intricate projects within a global matrix organization.
• Experience in coordinating technical teams, SMEs, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security governance frameworks.
• Understanding of OT security principles, network segmentation, resilience planning, and legacy system remediation.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting.
• Strong experience in budget management, governance, and program control.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
