Program Manager, Implementation – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective onboarding and technical integration of large, intricate healthcare organizations into Aledade's technology framework.

• Ensure the efficient implementation of complex EHR workflows and integration strategies within the designated timelines.

• Manage and execute implementation workstreams across a portfolio of multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.

• Leverage strong organizational skills, knowledge of healthcare technology, and a collaborative mindset to navigate complex environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field. Significant relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal educational qualifications.

• Over 6 years of pertinent experience in healthcare technology, specifically in implementation and project management.

• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level EHR implementations.

• Proficiency in configuring enterprise SaaS applications.

• Familiarity with EHR integration strategies and healthcare industry standards, including FHIR and HL7.
