This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Lead project core teams across various functions, hold regular meetings, document action items, oversee assigned deliverables, create and maintain project schedules, and deliver updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing Sciences, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and other functional partners to create high-quality products that satisfy customer requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Work in partnership with Finance and other business units to formulate project financial models and ensure a favorable return on investment.
• Maintain effective communication with all teams and stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project progress and accomplishments to executives while addressing execution barriers and facilitating decision-making for timely completion.
• Recognize potential risks and issues, and devise robust mitigation strategies to uphold compliance, product quality, and project execution.
• Identify and advocate for enhancements in daily processes, operational mechanisms, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in life sciences or engineering.
• Proven experience in leading teams without direct authority.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing life-science products under design control, utilizing a standard stage-gate process from conceptualization to launch; experience in medical devices and clinical settings is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing RUO and IVD assays, including clinical study performance, is preferred.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
