This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Enhance program efficiency, service levels, and overall value by capturing and monitoring performance metrics, followed by identifying improvement opportunities and strategies to implement these enhancements.
• Strategically plan, organize, oversee, and lead multiple concurrent projects by utilizing cross-functional teams to fulfill defined requirements and achieve the company's strategic objectives.
• Discover opportunities to boost efficiency, elevate service levels, and ensure regulatory compliance through improved operational practices.
• Formulate strategies to capitalize on improvement opportunities while ensuring organizational prioritization and alignment of resources.
• Oversee numerous projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, resource management, budget oversight, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
• Keep comprehensive project documentation as necessary, including action items, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure necessary resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Conduct cross-functional meetings with various departments to meet overall stakeholder expectations and the company’s objectives.
• Offer functional and technical expertise concerning overall program requirements and operational practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management processes.
• Proven experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or system testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• At least one year of experience with TruCare Classic and one year with TruCare Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with Care Central and Facets is a plus.
• Exposure to system migrations or implementations.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the requirement for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
