This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive strategic, cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that encompass various product lines, facilitating scalable multi-product sales strategies and expansion into new verticals.
• Redesign and enhance frontline workflows within Salesforce and related systems to minimize technical debt, eliminate redundancy, and boost funnel conversion and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, planning, and execution.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across the GTM organization, guaranteeing that initiatives are effectively communicated, operationalized, and embraced by frontline teams.
• Implement and scale AI-driven workflow solutions that enhance the productivity of frontline teams—integrating automation, intelligent insights, and tool enhancements directly into everyday workflows to minimize friction and amplify impact.
• Create executive-ready analyses and KPI-driven recommendations that guide prioritization, performance tracking, and the identification of high-leverage growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish priorities, monitor business performance, and pinpoint scalable growth levers.
• 4–6+ years of professional experience, including 2–3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related go-to-market function.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup setting, preferably supporting multi-product or multi-segment sales strategies in a vertical SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other go-to-market systems and analytics tools.
• Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflow enhancements that have improved frontline productivity.
• Led complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, or funnel conversion.
• Translated business requirements into scalable system and process enhancements within Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Leveraged data to identify root causes, establish KPIs, and influence leadership decisions with structured, executive-ready recommendations.
• Articulated and simplified complex issues succinctly and clearly, from the frontline to the boardroom.
• Successfully navigated ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational changes while maintaining forward momentum.
