This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Serves as the key customer-facing representative for the University Club, addressing inquiries, facilitating membership sales, and managing budgeting responsibilities.
β’ Administers the University Club email account to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
β’ Ensures adherence to budgetary guidelines while promoting revenue growth for the University Club.
β’ Supervises the Penn Mentor Meal Program, overseeing email communications and reservation management.
β’ Responsible for the development of special events within Penn Dining and managing vending machine agreements.
β’ Collaborates with the General Manager to organize summer programs and conferences.
β’ Manages the University Club's website and develops custom web registration forms.
β’ Evaluates student satisfaction in dining cafΓ©s and enforces dining policies.
β’ A Bachelor's degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
β’ 2 to 3 years of applicable work experience, ideally within a university environment.
β’ Preferred background in Food & Beverage/Culinary services and/or Program Management.
β’ Proven experience in administrative tasks and customer service.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.
β’ High level of professionalism coupled with strong oral and written communication skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines effectively.
β’ Proficient in computer software, including web applications and office software (Word, Excel).
