Program Manager – Hospitality Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serves as the key customer-facing representative for the University Club, addressing inquiries, facilitating membership sales, and managing budgeting responsibilities.

• Administers the University Club email account to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Ensures adherence to budgetary guidelines while promoting revenue growth for the University Club.

• Supervises the Penn Mentor Meal Program, overseeing email communications and reservation management.

• Responsible for the development of special events within Penn Dining and managing vending machine agreements.

• Collaborates with the General Manager to organize summer programs and conferences.

• Manages the University Club's website and develops custom web registration forms.

• Evaluates student satisfaction in dining cafés and enforces dining policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• 2 to 3 years of applicable work experience, ideally within a university environment.

• Preferred background in Food & Beverage/Culinary services and/or Program Management.

• Proven experience in administrative tasks and customer service.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.

• High level of professionalism coupled with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in computer software, including web applications and office software (Word, Excel).
