⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Enablement or related GTM roles, demonstrating a history of successfully developing end-to-end programs from inception to scale

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform companies with intricate, multi-faceted go-to-market strategies

• A skilled program operator capable of leading cross-functional projects from conception to implementation

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making data-informed decisions without complete information

• Technically inquisitive AND proficient, possessing strong product instincts to quickly grasp new concepts that directly apply to the field

• Experienced in utilizing AI tools or constructing AI-driven workflows that enhance enablement or GTM efficiency

• An effective verbal and written communicator who can distill complexity into clear, practical, and actionable content
