This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy and roadmap for the global onboarding program, ensuring alignment with the company's culture, values, and talent priorities.
• Maintain a globally uniform onboarding framework that harmonizes enterprise standards with regional business, cultural, and compliance requirements.
• Design and oversee the onboarding experience from the moment of offer acceptance through the initial 90 days, encompassing orientation, learning paths, manager resources, and Day 1 readiness.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and gather stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness, enhance the program, and guide leadership decisions.
• Create and sustain onboarding content, playbooks, templates, and communications that are precise, scalable, on-brand, and user-friendly.
• Utilize modern HR systems, automation, AI, and other digital tools to enhance onboarding workflows and elevate the new hire experience.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and leaders across the organization to collect feedback, align onboarding with business requirements, and bolster engagement, retention, and connection to the company's culture.
• Consult with business and functional leaders to clarify role expectations and develop standardized onboarding success plans at the business unit and team levels.
• Oversee external vendors and aid in executing broader People Operations initiatives, communications, systems, reporting, and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including ownership of global onboarding and employee lifecycle programs.
• Proven experience leading intricate cross-functional programs, including roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Skilled in facilitating engaging virtual and in-person sessions for new hires and team leaders.
• Understanding of global onboarding requirements and best practices for employee experience, with the capacity to balance consistency with regional needs.
• Proficient in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability within onboarding and People Operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to utilize data and feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
• Excellent partnership, communication, organizational, and multi-project management skills, alongside the ability to influence across various functions and levels.
• A positive, inclusive, service-oriented attitude, with the capacity to embody company values.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts, timelines, and deliverables concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
