Program Manager – Foundation Data and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining visibility across all essential business operations.

• Develops a consolidated source of truth and dashboards that leadership depends on.

• Conducts analyses that identify where patients are disengaging.

• Transforms analysis into actionable experiments and solutions that enhance metrics.

• Engages in light project management, particularly in support of Quarterly Planning and Execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building reporting and analytics infrastructure from the ground up, rather than just utilizing existing dashboards.

• Proficiency in navigating between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools, with an understanding of when to use each tool effectively.

• Familiarity with designing and interpreting A/B tests, along with a tendency to question what the test results genuinely indicate before proceeding.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Prior experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Ability to function comfortably in situations with significant ambiguity.
