This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiative from the discovery phase through to the transition and support stages.
• Drive program governance by implementing stage gates, managing RAID, tracking dependencies, maintaining decision logs, and producing executive reports.
• Supervise the integrated master schedule, ensure critical path adherence, monitor milestone achievements, and manage phase-entry and phase-exit criteria.
• Oversee program-level scope, implement change control procedures, and ensure requirements traceability.
• Direct the performance of Systems Integrators and vendors, ensuring quality of deliverables, milestone acceptance, alignment with SOW, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Ensure that testing, data migration, integration, and cutover activities meet the criteria for go-live readiness.
• Enhance alignment among executives and the steering committee using dashboards, readiness scorecards, health reports, and risk-based escalation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from business, IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and compliance sectors.
• Develop organizational readiness plans, hypercare governance, and transition-to-support strategies.
• Identify and promote opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and process modernization within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• At least 7 years of experience leading large ERP implementations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion, including a minimum of 3 full implementations.
• Experience in leading ERP programs through governance, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and transition to support phases.
• Skilled in managing Systems Integrators, vendor performance, SOW alignment, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycles and PMO governance frameworks.
• Strong skills in RAID management, change control, stage gates, testing governance, data migration, and cutover readiness.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational readiness capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) due to federal contract stipulations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
• Preference for experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials, PPM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, integrations, reporting, and security design.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction environments, as well as with AI-enabled business transformation and advanced analytics is preferred.
