This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive delivery of enterprise-level growth initiatives, which include new site constructions, site expansions, and ensuring facilities readiness.

• Oversee programs from the definition of requirements to site launch and operational transition.

• Implement Project Management Institute (PMI) standards to guarantee structured planning, execution, and completion.

• Ensure that all project requirements, objectives, and customer expectations are thoroughly collected.

• Create and manage integrated program plans in accordance with PMI standards.

• Assemble, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams to successfully execute programs.

• Act as the primary liaison with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsors.

• Conduct financial management and cost analysis, including Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).

• Formulate integrated risk assessments with actionable mitigation strategies.

• Provide clear, concise, and effective communication through various channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.

• Proven track record in delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive projects (site constructions, expansions, infrastructure initiatives).

• Strong capability to convert requirements into actionable plans and drive execution across matrixed teams.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying PMI standards and methodologies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting product launches or significant growth initiatives.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
