Program Manager, Emerging Markets

📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate execution across various initiatives, pilot programs, and early-stage projects.

• Transform high-level concepts into detailed plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps with clearly defined ownership and milestones.

• Lead collaborative sessions, project meetings, and regular team check-ins.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.

• Ensure effective alignment and communication among teams to advance initiatives.

• Document critical decisions, risks, and action items from meetings.

• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and timelines across various programs.

• Follow up on commitments to ensure the completion of deliverables.

• Identify and escalate obstacles promptly.

• Assist in developing workflows, intake processes, and program structures.

• Aid in transitioning pilot programs into scalable and repeatable initiatives.

• Contribute to reporting, summaries, and enhancing program visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from inception through execution.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software.

• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments is preferred.

• Background in working with product and engineering teams is preferred.

• Exposure to early-stage programs, pilots, or MVPs is preferred.
