This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead and implement comprehensive changes to the deal lifecycle transformation program from start to finish.
• Gather cross-functional support and resources to achieve program objectives.
• Oversee the governance of Business Practices’ CPQ throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and ensure all General Availability (GA) products are incorporated in the CPQ.
• Create scalable best practices for assessing and prioritizing new CPQ requests.
• Manage or facilitate change management initiatives, which include stakeholder engagement, champion creation, messaging, communication, support, and enablement.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various levels and functions within Stripe.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the deal lifecycle relating to strategy, personnel, policies, processes, and technology.
• Prioritize projects and analyze data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and drive strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in delivering global, complex enterprise deal lifecycle or commercial transformation programs with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and uncertain environment from start to finish.
• Familiarity with deal management processes, root cause analysis related to deal processes, and commercial contracts.
• Over 7 years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
• Capability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while possessing an understanding of intricate details.
• A proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line employees to executives.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analyzing extensive datasets.
• Previous experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Deal Approval, and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
