This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of customer programs from initiation through launch and ongoing operations.
• Maintain comprehensive plans, milestones, ownership, action items, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate product access, data delivery, documentation, training, and readiness activities for launch.
• Establish a customer engagement rhythm, understand their goals and use cases, monitor adoption, coordinate value assessments, and assist customers in leveraging Ting data effectively.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries regarding the program and any product-related issues.
• Prioritize requests, involve technical or subject-matter experts, communicate updates, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Track implementation progress, product usage, customer results, risks, feedback, and unresolved issues.
• Prepare regular updates for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts between Product, Engineering, Sales, data infrastructure, subject-matter experts, Marketing, Operations, and customer teams.
• Gather customer requirements, recurring challenges, and product feedback, and communicate insights internally.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the product and overall customer experience over time.
• Travel to client locations as needed for business and program requirements.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in program management, implementation, customer success, consulting, product operations, or customer delivery within a B2B technology, SaaS, or data-driven environment.
• Experience in supporting technology, data, or operational programs for electric utilities or similarly complex institutional or public-sector clients.
• Direct experience with electric utilities is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with government agencies or emergency-management organizations is an advantage.
• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, APIs, enterprise software, or technical integrations.
• Proficient in discussing data access, permissions, integration dependencies, and data quality with technical teams.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain clear plans and actionable items, identify risks proactively, and monitor commitments.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading customer check-ins, coordinating access, preparing status reports, and resolving implementation challenges.
