This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the design, development, and execution of scalable enablement programs specifically tailored for a dynamic Partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancement of seller performance throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of enablement initiatives—from gathering requirements and aligning stakeholders to curating content, coordinating delivery, and tracking results.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the Partner Resource Library, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Partner Portal in collaboration with Channel Marketing and Channel Sales Operations.
• Work alongside Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and other go-to-market partners to ensure programs align with key priorities, messaging, and product launches.
• Ensure consistency in content layout, structure, and branding across all formats—including slide decks, one-pagers, internal portals, and live sessions.
• Monitor and report on the success metrics of enablement programs, utilizing data and feedback to iterate and enhance program design and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies while upholding quality and instructional clarity.
• Oversee content quality assurance and version control, and assist in structuring how materials are stored, accessed, and updated over time.
• Support the Head of Channel Enablement on various key projects and objectives to facilitate the success of Channel Partners and GSIs worldwide.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning & development, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth context.
• A proven history of aiding in the design and delivery of enablement programs that enhance sales productivity and field performance.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the proficiency to coordinate across functions and lead programs from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and visual design skills, with experience transforming raw content into well-structured, brand-aligned materials that are user-friendly and engaging.
• Expertise in tools such as Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and Claude Cowork.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and systems to enhance daily operations and improve the quality of Enablement resources.
• Exceptional communication and editing skills, with a keen focus on layout, clarity, and learner experience.
• Familiarity with sales tools and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Clari, Seismic, IMPartner, Moodle).
• A solid grounding in Cyber Security knowledge, awareness of Cloud & AI terminology, and previous experience in Data Security, Data Leakage Prevention, and/or Security Posture Management.
