This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and lead business and partnership initiatives β independently manage workstreams across ongoing internal and external partner operations, launches, and implementations, establishing priorities, sequencing, and ensuring that deliverables, owners, and timelines remain on track.
β’ Manage external partner relationships β act as the day-to-day operational decision-maker for designated partners: establish check-in schedules, oversee commitments, and ensure partners adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
β’ Direct cross-functional execution β coordinate and remove obstacles for stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, and Finance, resolving conflicts and making necessary judgment calls to maintain program momentum.
β’ Design the operational framework β create and maintain program plans, trackers, documentation, and playbooks that ensure programs operate smoothly and are not reliant on any individual's memory.
β’ Monitor program health β assess success metrics, independently identify risks and issues, and determine when to resolve matters directly or escalate with a recommended course of action.
β’ Conduct business operating rhythms β lead partnership business reviews, manage status reporting and planning cycles, and prepare as well as present recommendations to leadership.
β’ Enhance operational efficiency β identify and implement process improvements that accelerate, streamline, and scale partner operations.
β’ Ensure successful execution β oversee workstreams from launch through to long-term optimization and post-launch insights.
β’ A developing business professional β well-organized, adaptable, and motivated to use independent judgment to transform vaguely defined issues into clear plans, priorities, and decisions.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within a complex, cross-functional environment.
β’ Strong foundation in program management β planning, sequencing, tracking milestones and dependencies, and managing risks, with a keen eye for detail.
β’ A thinker in documentation and systems β you instinctively utilize playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes rather than repeating the same manual tasks multiple times.
β’ An effective communicator β you provide stakeholders with proactive updates regarding your work, conduct productive meetings, and document decisions and action items to ensure nothing is overlooked.
β’ Comfortable with uncertainty and proactive in taking action β you ask insightful questions, propose solutions instead of waiting for directions, and know when to escalate issues.
β’ Experienced in collaborating with external partners, vendors, or clients β skilled at balancing relationship-building with holding others accountable to their commitments.
β’ A collaborative team player with high empathy and accountability β you support your colleagues, give and receive constructive feedback, and maintain a high standard for yourself.
β’ Growth-oriented β you actively pursue feedback and are eager to develop towards managing larger, more complex programs from start to finish.
β’ Deeply inspired by Modern Health's mission and passionate about facilitating improved mental health outcomes on a large scale.
β’ Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations (including, for example, the Form I-983 required for STEM OPT).
