This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create a comprehensive travel program tailored to your client's needs.

• Execute a Business Plan that defines, reaches, and evaluates the travel program's business goals.

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers among customers.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client servicing relationships through coordinated sales efforts, pricing strategies, and execution.

• Collaborate closely with our Implementation Specialist during the onboarding process of new clients to ensure their expectations are fulfilled.

• Previous experience in a travel management company or a similar business travel account is preferred.

• Experience in account management is essential.

• A strong background in the business travel industry is required.

• Proven Regional or Global Program Management experience is necessary.

• Experience in managing large market/global clients is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
