This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact and account manager for various client programs, overseeing strategy and execution from inception to completion.
β’ Lead account support teams by overseeing timelines, assigning tasks, and coordinating deliverables.
β’ Manage the financial health of assigned accounts, which includes P&L oversight, monthly reporting, billing accuracy, and profitability adjustments.
β’ Formulate growth strategies, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales and margin goals.
β’ Oversee product development from concept to launch using sales history, inventory data, and trend analysis.
β’ Handle contract execution and ensure alignment with client agreements.
β’ Lead the planning of the marketing calendar and the creative execution with internal teams.
β’ Develop account-specific customer service policies, standards, and site FAQs.
β’ Foster relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
β’ Travel occasionally for client accounts and business reviews, typically once or twice per quarter, with up to 25% travel required.
β’ Monitor and report on program performance metrics and financial outcomes, adapting to client needs as necessary.
β’ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with diverse client programs.
β’ Proven experience in account or program management, preferably in promotional products, advertising, or a related/transferable industry.
β’ Capability to manage multiple client accounts and programs while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change.
β’ Ability to take calculated risks while remaining composed under pressure.
β’ Strong understanding of, or the ability to rapidly learn about, the promotional products/merchandising industry, including sourcing and product development.
β’ Logical thinker with excellent client communication skills and a natural sales orientation.
β’ Comfortable with rapid onboarding and in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Smartsheet, Excel, and Shopify.
β’ Willingness to travel periodically to support client accounts, typically twice per quarter, with up to 25% travel expected.
