This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team consisting of Senior Leads and Instructional Designers in the development of training content.

• Convert client technical specifications into precise, data-driven, and scalable training materials.

• Outline requirements, devise solutions, and implement strategies for project execution and launches.

• Balance the needs of client stakeholders with operational objectives and team performance.

• Support the onboarding and skill enhancement of new employees.

• Oversee the project intake pipeline, identify gaps, and allocate active projects accordingly.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, addressing any blockers or escalations that arise.

• Assign and track the completion of RN and SN while ensuring that tracking data is comprehensive and accurate.

• Evaluate utilization, idle time, and non-project-hour metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

• Review SLAs, over-effort hours, and L1/L2 KPI results to identify performance trends.

• Facilitate daily standups, calibration sessions, and weekly leadership meetings.

• Conduct QA/QC oversight through spot-checking Maintenance and New Builds scorecards.

• Compile team statistics and quality data for Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Complete Weekly Status updates by the end-of-week deadlines.

• Act as the primary client contact and manage tasks requested by clients.

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings to foster professional development and team stability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale project/program management.

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Content Strategy.

• Over 3 years of experience in people management, specifically managing leads or creative teams.

• 8+ years of experience within a highly regulated or technical field.

• Background in aviation, transportation, energy, automotive manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, AI/Tech, or medical services.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.

• Familiar with Articulate, Rise/Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Capability to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.

• Experience with SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets data visualization.

• Outstanding client-facing presentation skills and conflict resolution capabilities.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Instructional Design or curriculum development.

• Minimum of 2 years reviewing the work of others for quality and consistency.

• Familiarity with fast-paced, cutting-edge technologies.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Experience in documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.

• Enthusiasm and tolerance for ambiguity and change.

• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Evolve.

• Proven experience in developing fully ADA-compliant training materials.

• Background in corporate education.

• Experience in leadership roles.

• Skilled at identifying training needs and creating scalable solutions for diverse global audiences.

• Proficient in using e-learning tools like Articulate or Captivate.

• Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS platforms.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex training projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent written and oral business communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Video editing skills with Premiere, Final Cut, Camtasia, or similar software.

• Experience with Cornerstone LMS.

• Proficient in SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Buganizer, and Guts.

• B.A. or B.S. in any discipline.

• Work authorization in the United States is required for this USA-based role.
