This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of client-oriented projects and programs across various service offerings.
• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of IT solution initiatives from their inception to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery leadership to align with customer objectives and Presidio’s strategic aims.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Propel execution through project governance, status updates, stakeholder communications, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and escalations related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, program assessments, and technical deep dives.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation utilizing standard project management tools.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams.
• Ensure programs are in line with Presidio’s strategic goals and provide measurable value to clients.
• Proven experience in leading all facets of IT projects, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change management.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong business insight with a client-centric and sales-driven approach.
• Capability to translate vision into actionable execution.
• Executive presence and the ability to engage with senior leaders and clients.
• Proficient in PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, CSM, or similar professional certification preferred.
• Experience managing programs involving AWS and/or Azure preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team development and motivation.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, continuous learning, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, and/or military experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT project/program management and consulting.
