This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee multiple customer deployment initiatives at various phases, ranging from RFP and planning to delivery, go-live, and adoption.
• Transform contractual obligations and client needs into transparent program plans, including milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders, frequently partnering with a Program Manager or an equivalent role on the client side.
• Facilitate customer status meetings, internal working sessions, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• Keep a comprehensive overview of timelines, scope, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across various simultaneous programs.
• Establish trusted relationships with demanding enterprise and public-sector clients, confidently communicating with sponsors and senior leaders.
• Work closely with Product and other internal teams to pinpoint practical solutions for addressing product or delivery gaps while maintaining customer commitments.
• Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, manage escalations, and foster a sense of urgency to ensure programs progress smoothly.
• Assist with RFP activities by evaluating requirements, planning delivery, and identifying dependencies prior to program initiation.
• Enable customers to achieve value swiftly by facilitating an efficient deployment and adoption process.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing program governance, delivery methods, documentation, and project management practices when time permits.
• Provide flexible business-hour support for customers across Eastern and Pacific time zones and occasionally travel for high-value workshops or customer meetings.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant project or program management experience, including a proven history of managing complex technology deployments.
• A demonstrated ability to lead program governance, steering committees, and executive-level communications.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients, sponsors, and senior leaders in high-expectation settings.
• Proven capability in coordinating multiple teams and interdependent workstreams while balancing competing priorities.
• The skill to influence without direct authority, aligning Product, delivery, customer, and leadership teams towards a common goal.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to navigating ambiguity, product gaps, risks, and shifting requirements.
• A strong sense of autonomy, ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, as most clients supported by this role are English-speaking and based outside Quebec.
• Flexibility to support clients across Canadian time zones and occasional travel, typically limited to a few times each quarter.
• A university degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4 to 6 weeks of paid vacation annually.
