This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily delivery of assigned federal service contracts and projects with a value ranging from $5M to $10M.
• Collaborate closely with the Prime Program Manager to fulfill contract requirements, deliverables, staffing necessities, performance standards, and reporting duties.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage personnel assigned, addressing performance, workload, staffing issues, employee concerns, and accountability.
• Approve employee timecards and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of labor charging.
• Assist with invoicing, billing documentation, revenue tracking, forecasting, and resolving billing issues.
• Track project budgets, labor utilization, revenue, margins, profitability, and financial risks.
• Identify, communicate, and address operational, staffing, scheduling, financial, and performance risks.
• Evaluate deliverables and implement quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare timely status reports, financial updates, risk assessments, and other necessary information for the Prime Program Manager and company leadership.
• Represent the company professionally in customer, Prime Contractor, and internal team meetings.
• Contribute to proposal development, including staffing plans, resumes, management strategies, past performance, and pricing inputs.
• Assist in identifying follow-on work, competitive opportunities, new business prospects, and customer requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in business, management, project management, public administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Between three (3) to five (5) years of experience in managing federal service contracts, task orders, projects, or similar service delivery programs.
• Experience in supporting or managing contracts valued between approximately $3M and $10M as either a subcontractor or primary contract holder.
• Required experience working as a federal prime contractor, subcontractor, or both.
• Proven experience leading teams or employees in project settings.
• Familiarity with service contract operations, including statements of work, deliverables, staffing, timekeeping, invoicing, customer reporting, and quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, financial management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Capability to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Experience with 8(a) or SBA programs is a plus.
• A PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is strongly preferred.
