Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and governance throughout the TMO portfolio, ensuring that enterprise transformation initiatives are in line with organizational priorities.

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Enterprise Transformation programs, encompassing planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependency management, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of key program results.

• Collaborate closely with sponsors, workstream leaders, and cross-functional teams to effectively integrate various workstreams.

• Oversee vendor coordination and governance, including the daily management of consulting partner relationships.

• Develop materials for the Executive Steering Committee (ESC) concerning program delivery.

• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure program objectives are successfully achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple simultaneous initiatives or portfolios.

• At least 5 years of experience directly supervising Project Managers or similar positions.

• Program Management (PgM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, or other leading industry platforms.

• Experience managing portfolio budgets exceeding $10M.

• Background in managing strategic risks, as well as program and project governance.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Active user of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
