Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for the program, ensuring alignment between Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, Services Management, and the customer across various countries.

• Facilitate customer understanding and realization of value from Digital Enterprise Solutions, while guiding them through necessary adjustments to the value realization plan.

• Collaborate with Engagement Management to identify and develop new opportunities within and outside the current program.

• Strategically plan the program in accordance with the value realization plan and initiate essential projects to fulfill the program's vision.

• Must be willing and able to travel to designated work locations as required by DISW or specified by the customer pursuit/project.

• Must be willing and available to work the core hours mandated by DISW or specified by the customer project, in compliance with local country legislation and company policies.
