Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assemble, organize, and guide cross-functional project teams for designated projects.

• Utilize KGS methodologies, systems, and project management approaches to plan, execute, track, and report on project advancement.

• Develop processes that ensure ownership, accountability, decision-making, and predictable outcomes for growth strategies.

• Guarantee comprehensive project execution in line with organizational standards and policies.

• Monitor, prioritize, and finalize project tasks and interdependencies.

• Implement best practices and enhance visibility, alignment, speed, and efficiency in project execution.

• Oversee the overall business case, budget formulation, and expenditure across project initiatives.

• Formulate and sustain a Risk Assessment and Mitigation plan.

• Create and manage a repository for project documentation and facilitate effective team communication.

• Prepare and maintain task and cost burndown charts.

• Set up a reporting schedule for key performance indicators and progress on execution.

• Engage with senior management and executives for communication purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 4 years of experience in Program Management, ideally in engineered products.

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of the complete B2B product lifecycle.

• Capable of learning and adapting to a fast-paced business environment.

• Relevant experience in Fire Detection and Alarm systems or similar Low Voltage Systems.

• Proficient in MS Project or a comparable project management tool.

• Expertise in the O365 suite.

• PMP Certification.
