This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the contract.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government and provide comprehensive leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Delegate tasks to contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts.
• Manage overall contract performance to ensure optimal utilization of assigned resources and subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of the contract, which includes service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approaches for projects of similar size and scope.
• Ten years of experience collaborating with military or DoD organizations.
• Five years of experience supervising counselors for Adults or Child/Youth.
• At least two years of counseling experience (within the last five years), post-licensure, maintaining current counseling competence through at least periodic, direct service counseling experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) under an incentive-based contract.
• An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification.
• A minimum of a Secret level security clearance.
