Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the task performance within a related program, overseeing the integration of products into the comprehensive program framework.

• Supervise the utilization of products provided as part of the program.

• Plan, schedule, communicate, facilitate, monitor, control, and report on project-related activities to ensure the timely execution of releases through deployment.

• Consistently apply Project Management standards and procedures throughout the program.

• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully complete approved projects on time, within budget, and achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Assist programs related to cloud migration, modernization, and operational initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a similar scientific or technical field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a project management role.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance.

• Experience in managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization program execution on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and tracking program finances.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional deliveries that involve DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
