Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees projects that require effective management of teams comprised of data processing and other information management specialists.

• Handles the daily management of overall contract support operations, which may include multiple projects and staff across various locations.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities related to contract support.

• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Develops and modifies the corporate management structure to facilitate efficient contract support operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have IT-II security clearance or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

• Must possess a Project or Program Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or another equivalent/recognized certification).

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Must have 5 years of experience in program management.

• Must have 10 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibilities in the public and/or private sector within the IT and/or consulting domains.

• Must have familiarity with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its key milestones.

• Must have experience in analyzing various source documents and assisting in the development of acquisition documentation.

• Experience with Low Code applications using COTS products is required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and take responsibility for all assigned projects/tasks under broad supervision.
