Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Management and oversight of program initiatives across multiple GSD sites.

• Comprehends the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

• Recognizes obstacles to success and formulates effective strategies to address them.

• Establishes, educates on, and enforces governance frameworks and criteria for success.

• Proactively identifies, evaluates, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Tracks performance against program metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

• Cultivates strong relationships with customers, project teams, stakeholders, and executive leaders.

• Designs, utilizes, and implements programmatic frameworks, tools, and systems.

• Collaborates with commercial and site teams to promote growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or in Business Administration.

• Technical experience in research and development, production, and engineering settings.

• Proven experience in driving organizational change and enhancing processes.

• Experience in managing projects that involve multiple individuals and/or functions.

• Familiarity with program life cycles and phase gates.

• Expertise in risk management and issue resolution.

• Proficient in utilizing data analytics to support evidence-based decision making.
