Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily functions of assigned programs, offering guidance and support to ensure peak performance.

• Working alongside stakeholders to create and uphold project plans, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Designing and executing training initiatives to improve staff capabilities and knowledge, ensuring all team members are prepared to meet performance expectations.

• Tracking and evaluating program performance metrics, implementing corrective measures as needed to reach set objectives.

• Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies throughout all programs.

• Compiling and presenting performance reports to senior management, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and potential areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, accompanied by over 5 years of experience in program management or related fields.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently and effectively.

• Strong leadership abilities with a minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and inspire a diverse group.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A solid grasp of healthcare processes and compliance regulations is highly desirable.

• Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to promote program success.

• Additional Experience

• Background in healthcare technology, medical devices, IT modernization, or cybersecurity initiatives.

• Experience in supporting large, distributed programs with various stakeholders.

• Previous experience in regulated healthcare or enterprise technology settings.

• This role is contingent upon contract award.

• The position may be remote, with travel as necessary.
