This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee programs for multiple global or enterprise accounts.

• Lead and assist various operations and sales teams in delivering outcomes for large, complex clients.

• Act as the primary point of coordination for both internal and external communications.

• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of their business structures and strategies.

• Implement standardized processes and tools to enhance internal efficiencies.

• Promote consistency and alignment across Convergint services in various locations, regions, and countries.

• Document and sustain customer-specific operational details in a collaboratively created playbook.

• Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry best practices, code requirements, and market regulations.

• Manage and coordinate the operational aspects of engagements with enterprise customers.

• Uphold program governance and customer expectations with regional, national, and global teams and partners.

• Advocate for and communicate between customers, colleagues, and partners.

• Utilize resources and solutions to address customer challenges.

• Introduce new service offerings and enhance geographic support capabilities.

• Conduct internal and customer-facing business reviews.

• Connect professional services with client technical teams to optimize system uptime through monitoring, preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management.

• Assist sales teams in presenting innovative technology and service solutions.

• Maintain responsibility for customer satisfaction and ongoing improvement.

• Solicit feedback, remove obstacles, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.

• Monitor financial performance of accounts, compile reports, and analyze business data.

• Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues; direct report management may be required.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested or needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, trade school, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in operations or project management experience is required.

• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred.

• Industry-specific certifications and/or required licenses are mandatory.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and market regarding network and low-voltage building systems.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to various organizational levels.

• Basic financial competencies.

• Ability to manage conflicts effectively.

• Experience in contract negotiation and administration.

• Strong work ethic with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to foster internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, effective communication of vision, and team building.

• Understanding of the necessary protection levels for customer personnel, information, and both real and intellectual property.

• Leadership skills for guiding, developing, and mentoring others.

• Strategic thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to execute program deliverables while appreciating cultural differences in business practices across regions or countries.

• Professional experience in electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, or building automation is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is desired.
