This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Claude Corps program plan.
• Monitor program schedules, launch milestones, communications, and dependency maps across various teams.
• Oversee daily interactions with our external partners, including Anthropic, host organizations, and our fund manager.
• Facilitate the rhythm of planning meetings, status updates, and stakeholder check-ins to ensure all workstreams progress cohesively.
• Resolve obstacles and escalate decisions requiring ownership beyond the workstream level.
• Generate executive-level reports for the Office of the CEO, in addition to regular, clear status updates for teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Document and systematize mature workstreams to ensure they are prepared for hand-off as the program expands.
• Create streamlined processes and tools that enhance rigor without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Establish the operational framework that enables Claude Corps to scale from its initial cohort to thousands of fellows.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs.
• Skills and capabilities are prioritized over formal credentials; exceptional candidates may have less experience but possess strong entrepreneurial backgrounds.
• Ability to adopt a plan, benchmark, or assumption developed by others, discerning when to trust it, when to question it, and who to consult before proceeding.
• Experience in founding or being part of early-stage teams: you've started a company or contributed to a small, agile, high-performing team with significant ownership and autonomy.
• Outstanding written and visual communication skills: capable of crafting a press release or blog post, along with the necessary slide decks, visuals, and accompanying text tailored for various key stakeholders.
• Proficient in AI-driven operations and execution: utilizing AI tools and project management software (Claude, Asana) is integral to your workflow.
• A fundamental level of technical fluency, sufficient to be a credible and valuable partner to program, product, and engineering teams.
