Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead teams dedicated to fostering company growth and delivering client solutions.

• Utilize structured project management techniques and process methodologies to achieve objectives and targets.

• Effectively communicate and implement program and organizational goals.

• Navigate and resolve conflicts while achieving revenue growth targets and maintaining quality standards.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust program scope, timelines, or budgets as necessary.

• Transform client visions into actionable project activities and ensure successful outcomes.

• Define client success metrics and outcomes.

• Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients as a trusted advisor.

• Recognize issues and conflicts, devise solutions, and convert challenges into opportunities.

• Negotiate agreements and outcomes that benefit both the project and the organization.

• Collaborate with technical and growth leaders to identify and pursue both organic and new growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing technology service delivery projects.

• Familiarity with Federal program execution.

• Proven experience in leading complex technology or data-driven projects.

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

• Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.

• Must meet the criteria to hold a Public Trust position, including successful completion of a US Government background check.

• Medical or recreational marijuana usage may impact eligibility for obtaining Public Trust.
