Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the extensive framework for data quality, remediation, and operational support for a DHS Component.

• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to guarantee the successful implementation of data integrity initiatives, encompassing data cleanup, error resolution, and AI validation.

• Lead a team by directing the execution of prioritized data quality projects that bolster law enforcement activities, ensuring precision and efficiency while complying with privacy and security regulations.

• Manage all elements of project management, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure of data quality projects.

• Oversee stakeholder engagement, ensuring coherence between operational and technical teams, facilitating root cause analysis of data inaccuracies, and executing remedies for identified issues.

• Employ data governance frameworks to guide the team, track project progress through performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement via lessons learned documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in project management, particularly related to data analysis, quality assurance, or law enforcement projects.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing intricate technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with organizational standards.

• US citizenship required to fulfill contract obligations.

• Active Secret clearance is preferred, or the capability to obtain clearance.

• Must successfully pass a government-issued background investigation.
