This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee significant, cross-functional initiatives spanning ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS to enhance system integration, boost order-to-fulfillment efficiency, and increase operational visibility.
• Convert customer business needs into scalable technological solutions for engineering teams.
• Evaluate comprehensive order and warehouse processes to pinpoint efficiency improvements and automation possibilities.
• Examine and implement AI-driven tools and process engineering approaches to revamp outdated workflows.
• Create program charters, roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder status updates.
• Manage risk, scope, and change control across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Develop current and future state process documentation, along with recommendations for process optimization.
• Provide technical oversight for WMS/ERP systems, related applications, and integration layers.
• Investigate processes and products while contributing to intricate system designs.
• Ensure data flow and process consistency among ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms.
• Engage with external customers to gather requirements, integrate them into ALOM systems, and formulate feature roadmaps.
• Work collaboratively with partners and external software vendors.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications with IT and system integrators.
• Enhance engineering-team visibility, prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, plan sprints/releases, and support UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping to reengineer workflows.
• Create training materials and assist with SOP and system-topology documentation.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in program/project management.
• Comprehensive functional expertise in at least two of the following: ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems.
• Practical knowledge of AI and automation tools for enhancing business processes, including feasibility and ROI assessments.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or BPR methodologies to actual workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data for operational decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and supply chain analytics/BI tools.
• PMP, PgMP, and/or Six Sigma/Lean certification is preferred.
• Experience in leading system modernization or replatforming projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with all four ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems is strongly preferred.
