Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Overall oversight and execution of the AFCAP VI basic contract

• Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) effectively

• Manage a portfolio of task orders distributed globally

• Ensure 24/7 responsiveness in contract, deployment, and security management operations

• Responsible for contract adherence, quality assurance, and performance across all awarded task orders

• Develop, maintain, and periodically update the AFCAP Management Plan

• Oversee multiple task orders concurrently

• Act as the main point of contact for the AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government Program Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current, active SECRET security clearance (verifiable)

• A minimum of five (5) years of program management experience is required

• Proven expertise in Government funding and appropriations

• Background in Air Force Mission Support functions

• Experience managing multiple task orders, each exceeding $2M

• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent is essential

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are needed

• Capability to lead and manage teams that are geographically dispersed
