This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate AI and data initiatives as the main liaison for client sponsors and partners, ensuring successful outcomes and delivery.
• Convert client strategies into detailed roadmaps and cohesive delivery plans, managing pace, quality, scope, and risk across teams in multiple geographies.
• Collaborate closely with technical delivery leads, architects, and engineers to guarantee that delivery aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value.
• Manage engagement financials, including budget, burn, margins, forecasting, utilization, and change control; proactively address risks and variances using delivery metrics.
• Foster robust, trust-based relationships with senior clients, partners, and technical stakeholders by providing concise status updates and executive-level storytelling.
• Navigate uncertainty, competing priorities, and challenging trade-offs with calm, data-driven recommendations.
• Handle project risks and customer escalations end-to-end in close collaboration with delivery and sales teams.
• Identify avenues to broaden phData services, including AI and analytics solutions, within current accounts.
• Present account health updates that cover financials, project status, AI adoption metrics, and key obstacles.
• Contribute to a healthy, inclusive delivery culture by mentoring Project Managers and consultants, and aiding in the advancement of AI-augmented delivery practices.
• Demonstrated experience in leading client-facing programs and engaging directly with executive stakeholders, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Program / Program Management within a consulting or professional services context, overseeing timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI initiatives.
• Expertise in managing multi-workstream projects across data platforms, analytics, cloud, and/or AI/ML, with a solid grasp of Agile/iterative delivery and a robust understanding of Waterfall methodologies.
• Background in AI, data, and analytics projects, with knowledge of modern data stacks such as Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, contemporary BI, and ML/LLM platforms, including their associated risks and trade-offs.
• Proven accountability for performance across a project portfolio, including managing billable utilization and multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel, alongside strong skills in technical documentation.
• Experience in leading remote, multi-geography teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
• PMP and CSM certifications are highly preferred.
