Program Management Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with clients and address their inquiries

• Create effective communications tailored for clients

• Prepare Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work

• Facilitate program setup in collaboration with internal teams and clients

• Track program performance and generate reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in the life sciences sector

• Extensive understanding of Requests for Proposals (RFP)

• Familiarity with contracting procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
