Program Management Lead, Emerging Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and execute the operational support framework essential for the Retail Americas team to fulfill its roadmap across LATAM, Canada, and selected emerging U.S. channel opportunities.

• Manage Retail Americas programs throughout their entire lifecycle, encompassing roadmap, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics for market entry and retail initiatives.

• Recognize and evaluate regulatory, logistical, and cultural risks in emerging-market launches and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.

• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.

• Detect operational deficiencies and establish scalable processes and tools across various markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–12 years of demonstrated experience in international program management, overseeing intricate projects across multiple countries and cultures.

• Extensive retail knowledge in account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

• Awareness of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural subtleties.

• Experience in international environments.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools; preferably JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
