Program Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist internal voter turnout and persuasion initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and reputation of Movement Labs' Core programs.

• Provide design, research, and campaign services in an efficient and effective manner.

• Create messaging that aligns with the objectives of voter turnout and persuasion initiatives.

• Aid in experiment design and produce assets in collaboration with program leadership.

• Conduct research on elections, voter turnout, and persuasion related to potential internal campaigns.

• Work together with departments on comprehensive research projects.

• Adhere to project management protocols, meet deadlines, and identify obstacles.

• Collaborate with Program and other teams within Movement Labs.

• Assist in the implementation of client programs.

• Oversee project management and communication tools such as Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad.

• Create documentation and automation processes to enhance project management efficiency and the quality of voter outreach programs.

• Support program launches alongside the Core Engagement Services team.

• Prepare program reports and experiment-results presentations that convey program specifics, RCT outcomes, and actionable insights.

• Manage designated research projects and/or client outreach efforts as directed by Program leadership.

• Provide occasional project management assistance to cross-functional team members during collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations; internships are encouraged.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status reporting.

• High attention to detail.

• Capability to produce project deliverables while following timelines and action items.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a readiness to learn and take responsibility.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient with data, spreadsheets, and various systems.

• Experience in executing voter turnout or persuasion initiatives.

• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems.

• Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and a commitment to fostering progressive power.

• Preferred: Experience with Randomized Controlled Trials and extensive text campaigns.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

• Full year equivalent salary of $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
