This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee project work statements, scopes, priorities, budgets, schedules, and program documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and handle all stakeholder communications.
• Ensure a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Monitor project performance, including risks, issues, timelines, quality, and resource allocation.
• Implement strategies for risk mitigation, manage changes, and ensure successful delivery of programs.
• Lead and coordinate project teams by delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Manage resource allocation and assist in performance management activities.
• Enhance program effectiveness across global teams.
• Support business expansion and strategic decision-making through proposal development and high-level project discussions.
• Analyze client feedback, manage budgets, and continually improve program results.
• Supervise application development initiatives across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the complete program lifecycle, including road mapping, execution, risk management, and ongoing improvement.
• Advocate for Agile and DevOps practices to facilitate frequent, high-quality releases.
• Promote teamwork, eliminate obstacles, and ensure the efficient delivery of user-centric solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Budget Development, Project Planning, Project Controls, and Earned Value Management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Catalyst.
• Proficient in Project Management Software.
• Skilled in Productivity Tools and Methodology Tools.
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting Concepts.
• Knowledge of Administrative Processes that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience with techniques and methods supporting the development, integration, and deployment of project phases from initiation to delivery.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance, particularly Medicaid, is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as required.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
