This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture the Program Leader Network Coordinator; set priorities, manage workloads, provide performance evaluations, and assist in workforce planning as the team expands.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract competent Program Leaders; manage candidate sourcing, application assessment, interviews, selection procedures, and annual staffing plans in collaboration with International Staff and Human Resources.
• Ensure that Program Leaders are smoothly onboarded and ready for success through virtual training meetings, Canvas training modules, communications, and readiness tracking.
• Manage travel arrangements for Program Leaders and chaperones, including flight coordination, staffing assignments, and logistical processes in partnership with Global Navigator Leadership, travel partners, and local staff to ensure successful program execution.
• Foster and maintain an engaged community of current and former Program Leaders through strategic communications, recognition initiatives, referral programs, professional development opportunities, and alumni engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to utilize the Program Leader network as a resource for student recruitment, program promotion, referral generation, and relationship-building with educators and schools.
• Direct Program Leader evaluation processes, survey administration, performance tracking, and feedback analysis to uncover opportunities for program improvements and enhanced participant experiences.
• Oversee Salesforce and related systems to maintain data integrity, accurate reporting, effective communication workflows, and informed decision-making within the Program Leader function.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, international education, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, program management, relationship management, education, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing staff, volunteers, or program participants; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, including experience in creating and sustaining project trackers, calendars, workflows, and processes to meet deadlines.
• Ability to proactively identify upcoming needs, communicate timelines, and independently keep recruitment, onboarding, and operational activities on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage with a variety of audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM, applicant tracking, or database systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary.
