This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of the CINNA program, focusing on the target audience, market viability, and brand alignment.
• Assess titles and projects for their relevance, positioning, and potential market success.
• Establish and nurture a reliable network of partners and licensors.
• Assist in acquiring titles and shaping the program’s editorial direction.
• Permanently observe national and international trends, themes, audience behaviors, and market dynamics within the Dark Romance genre.
• Incorporate genre knowledge and community insights into program planning, theme selection, and brand development.
• Proactively identify manuscripts and themes that have significant potential for CINNA.
• Ensure that the program aligns closely with the brand image, tone of voice, and marketing strategy.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines, including Tone of Voice, Visual Identity, and Messaging Framework.
• Create campaigns, thematic concepts, and communication strategies for both brands.
• Organize go-to-market initiatives for book launches, shop promotions, and community engagement as an independent effort (teaser, launch, long tail).
• Implement campaigns within specified budget limits.
• Transform brand, target audience, and assortment into coherent storylines, themes, and content priorities.
• Offer conceptual guidance for social media efforts through campaign planning, briefings, and content guidelines.
• Provide professional support and direction to Social Media Managers on topics, concepts, and execution strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing and influencer/blogger management.
• Ensure communication for both brands is consistent, distinctive, and aligned with brand values.
• Several years of experience in brand management, campaign planning, publishing, program development, or title-focused marketing.
• Strong intuition for brands, target demographics, storytelling, and positioning.
• Proven experience in developing campaigns, thematic concepts, and communication strategies.
• Solid grasp of social media principles and cross-channel marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of the Dark Romance and Dark Fantasy genres, along with an understanding of their audience dynamics and needs.
• Sensitivity to manuscripts, trends, themes, and tropes that hold potential for the brand and program.
• Ability to integrate program, brand, and marketing viewpoints effectively.
• Organized and independent working style with strong prioritization capabilities.
• Competence in professionally guiding Social Media Managers on campaigns, topics, and concepts.
• Confident in tone, positioning, and the development of a cohesive brand identity.
