This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Facilitate the integration of ServiceTitan for new partners, ensuring efficient data transfer, minimal disruption, and quick adoption in accordance with LSP standards.
• Work in conjunction with finance, data teams, and external ServiceTitan consultants to create and uphold standardized configurations throughout the platform.
• Oversee and manage ServiceTitan-Sage integration projects, synchronizing financial data and systems across the platform while supporting the accounting team during the process.
• Consistently review and cleanse data in ServiceTitan and legacy systems to uphold data integrity across all partner entities.
• Cultivate relationships with ServiceTitan specialists and internal stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration and continuous support.
• Monitor KPIs associated with integration timelines, data integrity, and early adoption milestones for new partners.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement a comprehensive ServiceTitan feature adoption program for all partners, aiding in the rollout of new features through effective communication, training, and change management.
• Offer ongoing support for ServiceTitan implementations, emphasizing user training, system configurations, and workflows.
• Serve as the primary onsite project coordinator and point of contact for ServiceTitan implementation strategy, processes, and feature adoption across the platform.
• Provide end-user support concerning Model Tenant workflows, configurations, and best practices.
• Track KPIs related to training effectiveness, user competency, and feature adoption, utilizing insights to prioritize program enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, technology, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or software support roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceTitan; STCU certification and familiarity with Sage is advantageous.
• Expertise in data cleanup, maintenance practices, and user role and permission management within ServiceTitan.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-party implementation projects and achieve timely results.
• Exceptional communication, training delivery, and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in building collaborative relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• High willingness to travel to partner company locations across the platform.
