Program Implementation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective integration of new programs

• Act as a liaison between sales/business development and operational service delivery

• Execute operating procedures within program operations and recruitment teams

• Establish relationships with potential new clinical sites and preceptors during the onboarding process

• Compile detailed program data and create new programs on the AMO Platform

• Collaborate with recruitment, programs, and business development teams

• Develop PandaDoc templates and standard operating procedures as required

• Customize and implement onboarding processes tailored to each specific program

• Produce engaging and informative content for programs

• Gain a thorough understanding of the US medical and nursing education system

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Strong preference for candidates with clinical site acquisition experience

• Preferred experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM systems

• Experience collaborating with medical professionals

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

• Previous experience in healthcare education (clinical or medical education)

• Some familiarity with the clinical education market is preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred

• Preferred experience in project or program management
