• Act as the main liaison for client leadership and essential stakeholders.
• Provide executive oversight and management for all contract-related activities and deliverables.
• Direct operational planning, staff coordination, workload management, and resource allocation efforts.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to guarantee successful contract execution.
• Supervise operational performance, quality management, reporting activities, and deliverable timelines.
• Track program risks, operational metrics, staffing utilization, and project performance.
• Ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables and operational support activities.
• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organize stakeholder communications, executive briefings, and operational meetings.
• Manage schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and reporting activities.
• Support governance, operational oversight, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational, compliance, analytics, and technical teams to facilitate successful program execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, finance, public health, accounting, or a related field.
• At least seven (7)+ years of experience in managing federal or state healthcare, compliance, operational support, audit, or program integrity programs.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams within complex operational environments.
• Demonstrated capability in managing client relationships and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing project schedules, staffing plans, operational reporting, and risk management activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced operational settings.
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting federal healthcare agencies or healthcare operations programs (preferred).
• Experience in audit, compliance, operational oversight, regulatory, or program integrity initiatives (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows, reporting environments, and quality management activities (preferred).
• Experience in leading remote or geographically dispersed teams (preferred).
