This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete responsibility for the strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics of the AI program, ensuring full alignment with business objectives and senior leadership's expectations;
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of various intricate AI initiatives (LLM-powered products, automation, analytics), guaranteeing that all projects adhere to scope, budget, and quality benchmarks;
• Convert vague business challenges into well-defined technical workstreams and architectures, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers;
• Establish and manage program governance, encompassing operating rhythms, steering committees, risk/issue management, and high-level communications with executives;
• Facilitate solution design reviews and offer technical oversight, questioning methodologies as necessary to ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of AI solutions;
• Incorporate responsible and ethical AI principles into program design, emphasizing data privacy, bias reduction, model monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows;
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners (cloud services, model providers, integrators), including technical assessments, contract contributions, and performance oversight;
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, technical leads, data scientists), promoting a culture of high-performance delivery and driving ongoing process enhancements.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and delivery, with substantial expertise at a Big 3 or leading firm in technology, digital, or data;
• 5+ years in program or portfolio management, directing large, multi-disciplinary tech programs with budgets in the multi-million dollar range;
• Proven experience in successfully delivering AI, data, or analytics programs (LLM/ML products, intelligent automation) into production environments;
• Practical technical background in Data Science or Software Engineering (Python, Java, etc.), with the capability to read code and assist in technical decision-making;
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and non-technical audiences;
• Proactive in recommending process improvements and possessing a thorough understanding of the LLM life cycle.
