Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations for Innovations Waiver and State-Funded Services.

• Ensure the delivery of quality care, compliance, and staff support across designated offices.

• Directly report to senior leadership.

• Articulate and uphold Abound Health's mission, vision, and core values.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team.

• Administer staff disciplinary actions and ensure that documentation fulfills Medicaid requirements.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and conduct quarterly self-inspections and peer reviews.

• Guarantee adherence to HIPAA compliance and the policies of Abound Health and National Accreditation.

• Act as a representative of Abound Health at community events, provider fairs, and council meetings.

• Oversee the investigation of incident reports and ensure timely submissions to appropriate authorities.

• Supervise administrative tasks such as billing, PTO tracking, employee benefits, and training coordination.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols.

• Maintain documentation related to Medicaid billing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and training programs.

• Assist with growth initiatives, internal events, and outreach programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in the IDD sector.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.

• Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations, ISP implementation, and third-party billing.

• A strong passion for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Must be adaptable, organized, and in alignment with Abound Health's values and mission.

• Residency in or near Bellefonte, Pennsylvania is required.
